Middle School History

History is more than dates and dead people.

Here at Peer2Peer, we understand the frustration students have when they’re presented with maps and articles of seemingly no relevance to their modern, fast-paced lives. But having gone through middle school world studies ourselves, we firmly believe that there’s more to history and current affairs than memorizing facts, figures, and names. While we can’t promise to make the Revolutionary War come alive in your living room, we know how to make these topics understandable and interesting – all our tutors had to do it for themselves at one point!

Middle school world studies, far from being a set of filler courses, is an important stepping stone to high school courses. A strong background in American history makes Government a breeze. Knowledge of the different systems of government helps students in high school World History. Our tutors, who excelled in middle school world studies, are now in high level honors and AP social studies classes in high school. We believe anyone can do the same.
